Who is responsible

Boutiqo is a service provided by Andrei Stici, a private individual resident in Israel. For any question about your data, write to contact@boutiqo.app.

Two roles

• For your data as a seller (your account, your subscription) we decide how it is used: we are its controller.
• For the data of your shop’s customers (the name and phone from the order form, messages, orders) the controller is you. We only process it for you, so that your shop works, and we do not use it for anything else. Every shop has its own privacy page for customers.

What data we have about you

• the email you sign in with and the name of your shop;
• your order contact (WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber) and your Telegram ID, if you connect the bot;
• your password, kept only as a fingerprint (hash) that even we cannot read;
• what you put in your shop: products, photos, texts, settings;
• the log of actions in the panel and IP addresses, to keep your account safe;
• from Paddle: your email, country and subscription status. Your card details never reach us.

Why

To provide the service you pay for, to protect your account, to send you emails about your account (welcome, forgotten password, suspension) and to comply with the law. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

We use a few providers, each only for its own part:

• Cloudflare: hosting of the pages and the network;
• Supabase: the database and the photos, on servers in the European Union (Ireland);
• Resend: sending emails;
• Telegram: the shop’s bot;
• Paddle: subscription payments, as Merchant of Record.

For how long

• As long as your shop is active.
• After the subscription stops, the shop’s data may be deleted permanently 90 days after the suspension, with two warnings beforehand.
• Personal data in old orders is deleted automatically, after the period you choose in the panel.
• What the law requires us to keep (for example for invoices), we keep for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

The boutiqo.app page does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The panel only uses the session cookie, without which you cannot stay signed in.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we have about you, to correct it, to delete it or to give it to you in a file. Write to contact@boutiqo.app and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
