Terms of Service

Who we are

Boutiqo is a service provided by Andrei Stici, a private individual resident in Israel. You can write to us at contact@boutiqo.app.

By using Boutiqo or paying for a subscription, you accept these terms.

What you get

Boutiqo gives you an online storefront at name.boutiqo.app, an admin panel and a Telegram bot, so you can show your products and receive orders in chat (WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber).

Boutiqo does not sell products to your customers and does not collect their money. The order, payment and delivery are agreed directly between you and the customer.

Your account

Plans and payment

Plans, prices and their limits are on the main page. You pay monthly or yearly, in advance, for the period ahead.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it collects the payment, issues the invoice, calculates the taxes of your country and handles payment questions.

Renewal and cancellation

When the subscription stops

If the subscription is cancelled, not paid, or the payment is disputed with the bank, the shop becomes “suspended”:

If you resume payment before the deletion, the shop comes back exactly as it was.

What you may not sell

On Boutiqo you may not sell or promote:

We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these rules or the law. In a serious case, without notice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the products, prices and texts in your shop, for delivery and for your relationship with customers, including the rights they have under the law of your country.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep Boutiqo running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it will never stop. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We do not limit the rights the law gives you as a buyer.

Changes

If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, without taking away the consumer rights given to you by the law of your country.
