I can’t promise you sales: the goods and the prices are yours. What I can promise is this: anyone who sees your shop finds out everything without having to ask you, and anyone who messages you comes with the product already chosen. To avoid any risk, try it free with your own products in the demo shop; and if it still isn’t right for you, you can get a refund within 14 days of your first payment. The subscription has no fixed term: you can stop it anytime.

They don’t need to look for the site. You put the link in your bio, your stories and your WhatsApp status, and it opens with one tap on their phone, like any web page. People on Telegram open the shop right there, without leaving the app.

Yes, as it does for any business that sells through messaging apps: clothing, jewelry, flowers, cakes, car parts, salons, tradespeople, courses. Each service sits in the storefront like a product, with a photo, a price and what it includes. The button can say “Book” or “Reserve”, variants can be called “Duration” (60 or 90 minutes), and the customer picks the day and time from your schedule; you confirm it in the chat. The first time you open it, the panel asks what you sell and sets everything up for your line of business.

No. If you can send a photo on Telegram, you can run Boutiqo. Day-to-day work happens in the bot. For less frequent things, like categories and discounts, there’s a panel on the site that also works on your phone, and the first time you open it, it shows you where each button is. The bot and the panel are in Romanian and Russian.

You can, and for some people that’s enough. Instagram is free, but it doesn’t keep your prices and stock up to date, and customers still ask you in DMs. A website builder costs €0–350 to start and €5–60 a month, but you set it up yourself, product by product, on a computer. An agency charges €450–1,500, and then you pay for every change. Boutiqo sits in the middle: from €20 a month, no setup fee, and you keep your shop up to date from Telegram, on your phone. Where it falls short: card payment on the site isn’t included.

The first step is your own bot: you create it in Telegram, with @BotFather, in a few minutes, and paste the token you receive into the panel, which shows you the steps. Then you add your products from Telegram, 20 seconds each, and launch whenever you like: link in bio, QR code on the counter.
